Pedra do Telegrafo Hiking Tour

Pedra do Telegrafo Hike Tour is one of the most famous tourist sites in Rio de Janeiro. Why does everyone want a photo there? Located in the eastern part of Rio, in the Pedra Branca State Park near the Guaratiba neighborhood, those who climb up to it have the privilege of being at the ideal viewpoint:

On one side, you can see the bay of Restinga of Marambaia, which is the perfect balance between swamp and beach. Multiple species of tropical flora coexist, so it is considered a Brazilian natural treasure. On the other side, in the north, you can see almost all of Tijuca Forest. This is the third-largest urban forest in the world.

As a curiosity, Pedra do Telegrafo (telegraph stone) inherited its name in the 1940s, during World War II. Given its ideal location, there was a telegraph headquarters to send and receive communications worldwide. Thanks to this, Brazil knew everything happening in Europe and America.

Our private tour of Pedra do Telegrafo will take you directly to the top…because we are at the top of entertainment and sustainable tourism.
